Our Manufacturing Process

Why Modern Structural Systems?

Distributing to the entire Southeast from Augusta Georgia, Modern Structural Systems is a custom manufacturer and fabricator of metal framing components. We start with an architectural design then convert it to a 3D model of the entire structure showing every last stud and beam. Once the details are approved it is engineered and submitted for proper structural stamps.  Our process then produces panelized sections of your structure that are delivered to your jobsite for rapid erection. Our process and software keeps you updated during the entire project.

Mission

Because we are born from builders ourselves, we know what it takes to deliver the smoothest experience possible for our clients.  Nothing beats delivering living to the old standard to saying what you are going to do and then doing it well. Modern Structural Systems is here to simplify the entire process and exceed your expectations at every step.

Strength

Steel has the highest strength-to-weight ratio of any framing material, consistent material quality – no regional variation

Pests & mold

Steel is termite & rodent resistant, inorganic makes it not vulnerable to mold

Stable

Steel is dimensionally stable - will not rot, warp, crack or shrink, no callbacks for nail pops

Insurance Savings

Lower builder’s risk insurance and property insurance

Structure

Permanently straight walls & structurally maintenance-free

Storms
